About
Almero has been working in the IT industry for the past eleven years, focussing on Microsoft identity and access management technologies for the past six.
After a four years stay in London, Almero joined Inobits Consulting (http://www.inobits.com) in 2003 as a Senior Consultant and took up the specialization of MIIS 2003. As result of this move Almero has had the opportunity to engage with organizations in the South Africa, US and the Middle East; designing and deploying multiple MIIS 2003 solutions along the way. In 2008 Almero moved to GijimaAST (http://www.gijima.com) where he now heads up a new business line focussed on Microsoft Identity and Access Management.
In 2005, Almero worked closely with the MIIS 2003 product team in the creation of the “MIIS 2003 Capacity Planning Guide” which required extensive laboratory testing of MIIS at the Microsoft Enterprise Engineering Centre in Redmond and the IBM Centre for Microsoft Technologies.
He lives in Pretoria, South Africa with his wife Alide.
